About this notice
AI Department Co. operates this website and its on-site visit request process. This notice explains what information we collect through the website, why we use it, and the choices available to you. The website is intended for business representatives and is not directed to children.
Information we collect
When you request an on-site visit, we collect the contact, company, business city, team size, and any workflow information you choose to submit. We also collect ordinary security and operational information, such as IP address, browser and device details, request timestamps, and service logs needed to protect and operate the website.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate and respond to your visit request, communicate with you, operate and secure the service, troubleshoot problems, and understand whether the website is working. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to host the website, store visit requests, deliver email notifications, measure site activity, and protect the service. This includes Microsoft Azure, Google Analytics, and Google reCAPTCHA. We disclose information to these providers only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, needed to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.
Analytics, security, and cookies
We use Google Analytics to measure visits and conversion events. Google Analytics may receive device and browser information, approximate location, page and event activity, and cookies or similar online identifiers. We use Google reCAPTCHA to help distinguish legitimate visit requests from automated abuse. reCAPTCHA may receive an IP address, browser and device information, cookies, and interaction signals. Our integration does not include contact-form field values in Google Analytics or reCAPTCHA requests. We also use a short-lived essential cookie to show that a visit request was accepted. Storage and security
Visit requests are stored in our access-controlled Microsoft Azure environment. If a submission needs correction or cannot be saved, your browser may keep a draft of those form fields in session storage for up to 30 minutes so you can retry. The draft is removed after an accepted submission or when it expires. Access is limited to people who need the information to respond to the request or operate the service. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We retain visit-request information based on how long it is reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to the request, manage a potential or active business relationship, meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed for those purposes.
Your requests
To ask whether we have information about you, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email privacy@aidepartmentco.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained when permitted or required by law.

We may update this notice as the website or our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
