When you request an on-site visit, we collect the contact, company, location, team-size, and workflow information you submit. We also collect ordinary security and operational logs needed to protect and operate the website.

How we use it

We use this information to evaluate and respond to your visit request, communicate with you, secure the service, and understand whether the website is working. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure visits and conversion events. Contact-form values are not sent to Google Analytics.

Storage and access

Visit requests are stored in our access-controlled Microsoft Azure environment. Access is limited to people who need the information to respond to the request or operate the service.

Retention and requests

We retain visit-request information only as long as needed for the business relationship, legal obligations, security, and recordkeeping. To request access, correction, or deletion, email Support@unQbd.com.
